What is Billit E-invoicing?

Billit is a platform that enables electronic invoicing (e-invoicing) in compliance with Belgian and EU standards. Integrating Billit with file-service.com allows you to automatically send and manage invoices electronically for your customers.

How It Works

When enabled for your account, you can customize for which customers you would like to send invoices and credit notes to billit.

How to Enable Billit Integration

1. Create an account: If you don't have one already, visit https://www.billit.eu/nl-be/ and create an account.
2. Contact Support: Reach out to [email protected] to enable this feature.
3. Credentials: You will need to mention your API key found in Billit under My profile > API key and a PartyID (see the image below on how to find your PartyID)
4. Configuration: Once enabled, go to Settings > Features > Billit to customize your feature.

NOTE: To ensure compliance with Belgian and EU e-invoicing regulations, all outbound invoices use PEPPOL where supported. Correct VAT or PEPPOL IDs are required for transmission.
